Find your people, Memorial Day, Music, Connection, and More

The Couple·preneur

Hey friend,

This Memorial Day has me thinking about connection.

Our experiences and those we share it with truly make life rich.

Whether we are remembering those who have gone before us,
thinking of those who will come after us,
or savoring those who are in our midst right now,

May we remember and feel the joy that having good people surrounding us brings to our lives.

So in the spirit of enjoying our people, here’s a list of ways we found connection this week.

Post Adam wrote on LinkedIn…

I woke up this morning at 6:30 AM with my daughter in a baby sling, pacing our back patio while reading Expert Secrets by Russell Brunson...(keep reading).

Also Lewis Howes, 3x NYT bestselling author & host of The School of Greatness (top 25 global podcast) commented on this post, which was super exciting and made our day!

Fun events…

Our friends played music during the service, we shared a potluck meal afterwards, and Arlo got to play soccer (always a win).

  • We played music at a farm party.

We rang in the summer by providing the music for our friends farm party out at Jako Farm.

Good food, good people, good weather, and Arlo got to climb a silo.

New favorite meeting spot…

Sage River Market Coffee

This beautiful new coffee shop opened up in our home town and it's our new favorite place to meet up!

It’s amazing how many people we’ve met online who have become part of our real life.

Honestly, I thought being online might take away from in-person connection. But so far, it’s only enhanced it.

Here's to building a life you love,
Maggie & Adam

P.S. The more we pay attention, the more we notice - connection is everywhere. Sometimes you just have to name it to feel it.

Hit reply and share something that made you feel connected this week, we’d love to hear it!
